Francisco Flora

Francisco Guillermo Flores Pérez (born the October 17th 1959 with Santa Anna) was the president El Salvador of 1999 with 2004, succeeding Armando Calderón Sol, and a member of the nationalist republican Alliance (ARENA). After a 5 years mandate, it was replaced by another member of its party, Elías Antonio Saca González.

With studied philosophy in Amsherst College in Massachusetts, and the Political sciences with Oxford and Harvard.
