Francisco is a satellite of Uranus discovered in 2001. It bears the name of a lord in the part “the Storm” of William Shakespeare. Its provisional designation was S/2001 U 3.
Discovered in 2001, it was almost immediately lost and was definitively found only in September 2003, by Brett J. Gladman.
