Pasche made its thesis on the nightmares with Delay. It was in analysis with Leuba, Switzerland installed in Paris which had a practice described by Pasche like at the very least original. It was then allowed with the Psychoanalytical Société of Paris in 1950 and lived the scission of 1953 before taking the presidency of the SPP of 1960 to 1964. He admired but criticized Jacques Lacan. Francis Pasche had an extraordinary career of analyst, theorist and teacher. Its work is mainly made up of articles gathered in books. Man of a field crop, it was interested at the same time in the Mythologie (his famous article " The shield of Persée " , a lighting gives impassioning to the Greek myth), the various religions and philosophy. Its thought makes a broad place with the concept of Angoisse of which it makes a fundamental human experiment. It took an active part in the great debate in connection with the Narcissisme (a princeps article is " The antione;) and the psychoanalytical design of the Psychose and the depression worked much. Analyst of known personalities which paid homage to him, Francis Pasche was not very interested by the money and the media recognition. It was a discrete man who was held out of the sterile quarrels, he developed his own thought while being very attached to the theory freudienne which he knew better than whoever. It remains to discover, far from the media modes and phenomena, for those who want a " Master with réfléchir" rather how one intellectual guide!
