Francis Parny

Francis Parny (born in 1947 with Colmar) is a French politician.

Biography

During ten years, it is to advise of education in the Val-d'Oise.

Member of the section of the PCF of Sarcelles, it militates then in that of Garges-lès-Gonesse following its emménagement in the city in 1988.

He is elected in 1989 assistant of the municipal council of Garges-lès-Gonesse and 1st assistant in 1992 until in 1995.

He will be also elected with the General advice of the Val-d'Oise of 1998 with 2001.

Since 1998, Francis Parny is Vice President of the District council of Ile-de-France, first of all in charge with the sports and tourism until 2004 then in charge with the culture and new technologies.

For the presidential election of 2007, Francis Parny supports the candidature of Marie-George Buffet which it with responsibility of animate its support group.

In May 2007, he announced his candidature for the legislative elections for the Eighth district of the Val-d'Oise (Garges, Sarcelles, Arnouville, Villiers-the-Beautiful, Bonneuil-in-France).
