Francis Pélissier (June 16th 1896 - February 22nd 1959) is a racing cyclist French.

Younger brother of Henri Pélissier, called Large the or the Wizard of Bordeaux-Paris , Francis Pelissier was a professional runner between 1919 and 1931. He was then sport director during about thirty year, and thus involved under the colors of the Pearl , Jacques Anquetil at his professional beginnings of 1953 to 1955.
