Francis Mourey (born the December 8th 1980 with Chazot) is a Cycliste French.

Former cyclist hope of the ASPTT Mulhouse, it is professional since 2004 within the French of the Plays.

Practitioner the Cyclo-cross, it finished with the 3rd position at the time of the Championship of the world of 2006
