Francis Dedobbeleer , also known under the name of Francis Wolf , was born in 1961 with Brussels in Belgium. Francis Dedobbeleer is above all known in the fetishistic medium and SM to be one of the pioneers of the press devoted to these subjects. It publishes its first fanzine, Souffrances , in 1978, then Moda Moda , before becoming Editor association of Secret Magazine and finally of launching its own publications ( Modern Sentiment , Stiletto heels , Guide of Dominating the , etc, then of many titles published by the Dèmonia group: Unavowable Cruella , , D Magazine …).

It creates the first fetishistic evening in Belgium, the Night of the Desire, in 1990, then settles in Paris where it creates the elastic Nuit, of many other small fetishistic evenings and with Laurence Dorra the Nuit Dèmonia begins again to do of it one of the greatest international fetishistic evenings at the sides of the Rubber Ball (London) and Wasteland (Amsterdam).

It is to advise communal in Brussels (Saint-Jose-ten-Noode) during 12 years (1988-2000), first of all like elected official of the Socialist party before being made exclude to have taken the defense of the prostitutes. It sits then as an independent left elected official.

It raises red hair and fetishistic behaviors mid- Punk, mid- Gothic S. When it endorses its role of DJ or photographer, it works under the name of Francis Loup.

At the beginning of 2007, it publishes its first odd book, Rendez-vous (Taboo Editions), a photographic guide of the greatest international fetishistic evenings (London, Paris, Tokyo, Brussels, Amsterdam…). After a text of introduction into which it describes how it was one of the creators of the fetishistic evenings, one discovers there 200 photographs carried out by itself (under its pseudonym of Francis Loup) and by two other photographers, Laurent Viteur and Chloé.
