Francis Brennan

Mgr Francis Brennan is a American Prélat of the Roman Catholic church (May 7th, 1894 - July 2nd, 1968), with the head of the Congrégation of Blessed Sacraments which was member of the Roman Curie during nearly 30 years. He is the first American with being named within this congregation (1940), the first of his country to being appointed judge as a chief of his ecclesiastical court (1959). He was created cardinal in 1967.
