Francis Bourne

Francis Bourne (1861 - 1935) was a Man of the church Britannique and large catholic. He was Archevêque of Westminster and created cardinal by the Pape Pie X in 1911.

The Bourne cardinal largely tried, by conference series in the catholic world, to return English official language of the catholic worship. With the Quebec, it accepted a beautiful counterpart, as strong by its enthusiasm as by its rhetoric quality, of no one other as Henri Bourassa.
