Francesco " Franco" Zani is a Franco-Italian player of Rugby to XV, born the October 24th 1938 with Iseo (in the area of Brescia in Lombardy, Italy), of 1 m 93 per 95 kg, having occupied the station of third line centers primarily (or wing), and of second line, in Italian national selection and with the KNOWN Agen.

It evolved/moved under the colors of Agen of 1961 with 1974 (until the sizeable age of… 36 years!), that is to say 13 seasons on the whole. It was equipped with a remarkable relaxation in key.

He was thus regarded as the best player of the French championship during the season 1964/1965.
