Francesco Zabarella says the Cardinal of Florence , (born the August 10th 1360 with Padoue - died the September 26th 1417 with Constance) was a monk and Italian lawyer of the end of the 14th century and beginning of the 15th century who taught the right to Padoue.
Francesco Zabarella was in charge of important negotiations and is established with Florence when Padoue had fallen to the capacity from the Vénitiens.
He was elected archbishop by Florentins, but without being able to obtain the consent of the pope Boniface IX. He was happier near Jean XXIII, which confirmed its election and even the cardinal hat of in gave him 1411.
He assisted with the Concile of Constancy in 1414 and died there, of an excess of work, the September 26th 1417.
