`'' Francesco V Ordelaffi''' (1461 - 1488), is noble Italian who lived at the 15th century, he belongs to the family of the Ordelaffi of the town of Forli.

Wire of Francesco IV Ordelaffi, it disputed his cousin Sinibaldo II Ordelaffi when that Ci reached the seigniory of Forli and in vain tried to succeed to him its death of this one in 1480.

The Ordelaffi then lost the seigniory of the town of Forli which passed under the control of the Papal States when the pope Sixte IV took of it possession for his nephew Girolamo Riario.
