Francesco Terzio (circa 1523, Bergamo - August 20th, 1591, Rome) is a Italian painter mannerist.

He is active at the court of Ferdinand Ier of the Holy roman Empire then of his son Maximilien. It arrives at Vienna (Austria) in 1554 and at Prague in 1570 when one owes him the drawings of the singing Fontaine View-point with the Château of Prague.
