Francesco Moser , born the June 19th 1951 in the area of Thirty, is a runner cyclist Italy N. 250 professional victories of 1973 with 1988.

Former follower of blood doping (that he openly recognizes in 1999), he is today the president of the international association of the racing cyclists (Associated Professional Cyclistes or CPA). On the subject of doping, he declares in August 2006: " Free doping in the professional sport? It would be perhaps better. It would be necessary to find a means of putting all the sportsmen on the same plan. If one does not succeed in guaranteeing a principle of equity between all the sports, then the solution could be as follows: let us liberalize the dopage.".

His/her Aldo older brother, born on February 7th, 1934, gained the Grand Prix of the Nations in 1959, finishing second in 1960, third in 1957 and 1961, and fourth in 1958. His/her two other brothers, Enzo (1940 -) and Diego (1947 -), were also professional runners.
