Francesco Camilliani (death in 1586) is a Sculpteur Tuscan of the Renaissance. He made his studies with Florence near Baccio Bandinelli.

Among the most remarkable achievements of Francesco Camilliani, one counts the fountain water of the Piazza Pretoria , with Palermo. This work, initially built for the Garden of the villa florentine of Pietro di Toledo between 1554 and 1555, was finally bought by the governors of Palermo and was installed over there. The sculptures of the fountain represent Fable S, Monstre S and nymph S, all spitting of the water jets crossing between them and forming cascades. Formerly called “fountain of shame” because of some Statue S of naked female which surrounded it, it acts of the one of the rare examples of art of the High-Rebirth in Palermo.

The son of Francesco, Camillo Camilliani, became him also sculptor in Palermo.
