France in action (in the past France of in bottom) is a French political movement created in April 2004 by Jean-Marc Governatori, former head of undertaking niçois, president of the " Federation; Agissons" (humanitarian and ecological).

The movement obtained: 266534 votes with the European elections of June 2004.

The movement includes/understands an political office of ten departmental people, 100 delegations and a National council of 200 people. 20% of these people are physical handicapped people.

France in action is defined beyond cleavage left-right-hand side and practical the not-membership (not of chart of member). Its priority axes are the protection of the Biodiversité, the animals and all the ecosystem S, the promotion of an agriculture and a food Bio, renewable energies, the education of the children and citizens with the écologisme, total therapeutic freedom, the acceptance of the Alternative medicine as well as conventional medicine and the equality of refunding of the care, an economy with the service of alive disengaged from obsession " croissantielle".

Jean-Marc Governatori was the chief candidate in South-east.

Old P. - D.G of the French subsidiary company of Waterman, Francine Gum, 71 years, led the list of " France of in bas" in South-west.

The president of the Alsatian tobacconists Patrick Merck took along the list in the East and the actor Bernard Menez in Ile-de-France.

Ludovic Rey-Robert, 39 years, paraplegic ski champion, was chief candidate in the West; Sylvie Fab, militant a 25 year old ecologist, in the Solid mass exchange-Center and Jean-Paul Sweat, general secretary of the Union for the citizenship of the handicapped people, in the North-West.

Lastly, in the district Overseas, the list of " France of in bas" was carried out by Nadine Dabancens-Baillivet, Inhabitant of Guadeloupe a 45 year old who militates for the protection of the animals.

" France of in bas" is an association created, indeed, in 2004, for the regional elections, on the initiative of an Alsatian tobacconist, Patrick Merck, former president of the employers' federation of the tobacconists of the Low-Rhine, in protest against the rise in the price of the tobacco. Association is allied in Jean-Marc Governatori in 2004 to arise to the European elections. In January 2005, there was scission and Jean-Marc Governatori created France in action. France in bottom continues to exist, as at its beginnings, in Alsace and under the aegis of Patrick Merck. Jean-Marc Governatori was candidate with the French presidential election of 2007 but did not succeed in convincing 500 mayors to transmit their signatures to him, but there is a polemic on the fact that it obtained these signatures but which they were not validated by the Constitutional council. Pierre Rabhi which had been had a presentiment of to represent the movement had declined the invitation.

Eight small candidates for this election joined Jean-Marc Governatori and founded with France in Action the EUA (Union of the Emergent Candidates). Among them Christian Garino (Esperanto Freedom), Alain Mourguy (Left Right Union), Leila Bouachera, Yves Aubry, Daniel Lacroze-Marty (CESPRIMER), Robert Baud and Zakaria Ben Mlouka.

June 7th, 2007, the deputy UMP Georges Fenech, president of the parliamentary board of inquiry into the sects and temporary member of the charged commission of the application of article 26 of the Constitution, affirms via AFP, without however bringing the least proof there, than the party is related to sects like the Scientologie, the Mouvement raëlien, Moon or the Ordre of the solar temple which would use “the financing of the political parties at the time of the elections” (indeed, the parties having at least 1% of the votes in 50 districts will receive on average 1,66 euro by voice). Jean-Marc Governatori contradicted formally and hopes “to claim 10 million euros per judicial proceedings”.

To Legislative of June 10th, 2007, the FEA introduced 475 candidates and collected at the national level less than 1% of the voices. Only 49 of its candidates exceeded 1%, which does not give him right to public finance.
