the Moselle with the the Rhone and the Rhine with the the Durance, Belgium with the Germany, the Swiss and the Italy, the group represents the first group of regional press daily of France. With each day nearly 1,1 million specimens sold on 23 departments, 101 editions and an audience of almost 3,5 million readers.

The group Is Burgundy Rhône Alpes (EBRA), in the past France Is Media or group Is Republican , is a French press group, leader in the east of the country. It became in 2006 the first French press group daily regional, with the repurchase of the Rhone-Alps pole of the Socpresse, in particular including Progress (Lyon) and the Dauphine one released (Grenoble). In 2006, the group diffuses each day 1.300.000 specimens for an assistantship estimated at 3 million readers.

The group has also the agency of council in communication and publicity PM Conseil and is shareholder, with parity with M6, of M6 Nancy.

The presidency of the group is taken by Gerard Lignac. The Lignac family has 53  % of the actions, Philippe Harrowing 27  %. The Mutual credit is also shareholder.
