France Field
The service with national competence France Field is an administration of the Ministère of the Budget, Public accounts and Public office.
This service was created during fastening on January 1st, 2007 of the domanial missions, exerted before by DGI, with DGCP.
This reorganization intervenes within the framework of a will of dynamization of the domanial policy of the State, which aims at precisely counting the held real goods, to establish an assessment of the State and to resell the most developed real goods.
This service is charged with:
- acquisition, the management and the disposal of the domanial goods,
- establishment of the plate and the control of the domanial royalties,
- the covering of the domanial products of any nature.
Concretely, the service of the field has the role of evaluating and of selling the goods, furniture and real estate, pertaining to the public domain or private of the public people and of which those decided the transfer. Under the terms of the Theory of the domanial changes, the State can also modify the assignment of a good pertaining to the public domain of another person publique.
The products of these transfers are recovered by the countable Treasury.
