François Therefore

François Partant is a economist of formation which initially worked as a banker of the Développement. After being itself seen, as of the end of the Années 1960, that the development was a failure, it was then devoted to try to convince the local populations, in particular with the the Middle East and in Africa, to refuse the imposed model. It is one of the first to develop the idea of a After-development.

He works initially with Paris for a French private large bank before accepting, during years 1960 to leave as directing agency to Teheran in Iran, under the mode of the Shah. In 1971, it is contacted by the government of the Popular republic of Congo, in order to study the financing of the Development plan of this country.
