François Roussel-Despierres
François Roussel-Despierres , so known under the pseudonym of François Roussel , is a French personality of the Third Republic, at the same time high-ranking magistrate, Diplomate and writer.
Born the February 21st 1864 with Milianah, in Algeria, where his/her father Jean Roussel-Despierres had been appointed judge, François Roussel-Despierres, after studies of right, was successively listener with the Council of State (1888 - 1894), attached to the cabinet of the Minister for the public Travaux, of the ministry for the marine , assistant chief of the cabinet of the Minister of Interior Department, of the Minister of Justice, principal private secretary of the president of the Sénat (1896 - 1899), City council man Cahors, sub-manager of the cabinet of the President of the Republic Emile Loubet (1899). It was then Minister of state, with Monaco, representing the French government near the Prince Albert 1 {{er}}.
François Roussel-Despierres was with Paul the Court and Phileas Lebesgue was one of the cofounders, on June 24th, 1926, of the first Company " Atlantéennes" studies; , from which will leave, in October 1927, the Review `Atlantis'
François Roussel-Despierres wrote several works:

- the Hierarchy of the principles and the social problems (Alcan, Paris, 1912)
