François Roca is a Illustrateur (born in 1971) French.

He studies with the École Emile Cohl. Then he works as illustrator for I bouquine .

He publishes many albums with authors like Fred Bernard, Hubert Ben Kemoun or Guillaume Marie-Angel, who receive many prices.

He carries out the covers of many novels for youth, like the series Tom Cox.

He is the author of many plagiarisms resulting from works from Frederic Remington, Eugene Fromentin, Edwin Lord Weeks, John William Waterhouse, Scott Gustafson as well as Howard Pyle (the Master of Newell Convers Wyeth). He paid homage to the painter Andrew Wyeth in his book " The island with the trésor" without never mentioning his/her father, the illustrator Newell Convers Wyeth whose works were very often plagiarized by François Roca.
