François Véron (1575-1649) was a scientist Jésuite French, preacher and reader of the king, appointed writer of the clergy for the controversies and priest of Charenton-the-Bridge close to Paris.
He is the author of a considerable series of texts (treated, acts of conferences) on the catholic faith and against the reformed Church.
