François Migault is a French automobile old driver born the December 4th 1944 in Mans. After good starts in Formula 3, it tries the adventure in Formule 1 within the stable of Peter Connew in 1972. François Migault disputed 13 GP of Formula 1, of 1972 with 1975, without registering of point. Its best performance is one 14th place with the GP of France 1974 and its best qualification is one 14th place on the grid at the time of the GP of Great Britain 1974.
Career
Winner of the Wheel Shell, François Migault takes down a wheel Formulates of them 3 at Tecno for the seasons 1970 and 1971. He then passes in Formule 2. He disputes only 2 races but honourably since he is 4th in Albi then 5th in Rouen-the-Essarts.Begin then the F1 adventure within the stable Connew Capricorn, artisanal team with the shouting lack of means. Thus Migault finishes in the 3rd place of the 24 hours of Mans 1974 with Jean-Pierre Jabouille on a Matra, engages, into 1975 at the sides of Henri Pescarolo on a Ligier JS2 (abandonment per 14th hour) and finishes 2nd in 1976, on a Mirage GR8.
He is from now on owner of a circuit in the Sarthe to which he devotes all his time.
