François Luchaire

François Luchaire , born with La Rochelle on January 1st 1919, is a Professor of public Droit French, cofounder and president of the university of Paris 1 (Pantheon-Sorbonne) of 1970 with 1976.

François Luchaire took part as an expert in the drafting of the Constitution of October 4th 1958. He took part for this reason in work of the constitutional Advisory committee and supported the project as a Commissioner the government in front of the Council of State. He also contributed to the drafting of the ordinances carrying organic laws at the time of the installation of the new mode (article 92 of the constitution, repealed today).

François Luchaire be member of the Constitutional council of 1965 with 1974. He was then member of the Economic and Social Council then to advise State in extraordinary service during four years.
