François Lelord
François Lelord , born the June 22nd 1953 in Paris is a Psychiatre and writer French.
Biography
François Lelord made studies of medicine and psychiatry. After having obtained its doctorate in 1985, it leaves to Los Angeles as a post-doctoral researcher to the the University of California. From 1986 to 1988, it is there senior registrar and assistant of the hospitals to the Hôpital Necker Université Rene Descartes. After its return to Paris, it starts to write.
Its first delivers the tales of an ordinary psychiatrist appears in February 1993 with the Editions Odile Jacob, followed by three tests with Christophe André in the same editor. In August 2002, it publishes its greater success: the voyage of Hector or the research of happiness published to more than one million specimens in the world Today, it lives between Paris and Vietnam where it works as psychiatrist for the foundation Alain Carpentier.

François Lelord writes books which treat topics of psychology, but which are not intended to the experts. He wants to always transmit a message in a very easy and comprehensible way.
