knight of Saint-Louis, colonel of the 2nd regiment of dragons, vice-president of the directory of Seine-et-Marne, in 1791. He is elected fifth on eleven for the department of Seine-et-Marne to the legislative Assemblée Resigner the July 31st 1792, it is replaced by Ségrétier, the November 2nd 1792. He was one of the friends of Vincent-Marie Viénot de Vaublanc.
