François Habert , born in 1520 with Issoudun, died towards 1574, is a French poet.

He lived poor and called itself the “Outlaw of Jubilation”. He translated into worms the Metamorphoses of Ovide, the Distiques of Caton, the Satires of Horace, and composed itself:

  • the youth of Banny de Liesse
  • the Metamorphoses of Cupido
  • the Temple of Chastity allegorical
  • and other poems.
