François Goubert , born the October 4th 1735 with Aubusson (Digs), dead with an unknown date and a man of the church and a politician French.

Priest with Bellegarde and official of Chénérailles, it is elected the March 21st 1789 appointed clergy of Hollow the General states for the Sénéchaussée of the High-Walk (Guéret). One of the first deputies of its kind to join the Third-State in the constituent National Assembly, it lends the oath required by the civil Constitution of the clergy the January 2nd 1791. It gives up then the political life.
