François Flew
François Stole Gomot , guitarist and type-setter, was born with Saint-Paul-with-Vence in 1953, is the godson of Louis Vola (double bass player of Hot club of France with Django) and the son of the famous photographer Jacques Gomot.
He puts himself seriously at the Guitare towards the fourteen years age. He plays of the Folk, the Musette etc…
In 1974, at the ten nine years age, it emigrates with the the United States, over there it learns the Bluegrass, and the Jazz, it there spends twenty five years and records several albums, of which one in 1997 with the son of Django, Babik Reinhardt, at the time of an American round.
In 1998, François Vola returns to France and settles in the VAr or it continues its musical career. During his stay in the USA one decreed several prices for his compositions to him.
