Pierre Jean Baptist François Elleviou , more commonly François Elleviou (Rennes, June 14th 1769 - Paris, May 5th 1842), is a French singer which began in 1790 with the Commedia dell'Arte in the Deserter from Monsigny, and made then many creations, in particular in Adolphe and Clara , House for sale , the Caliph of Baghdad .

The roles of Joseph (of Méhul) and of Jean of Paris (of Boïeldieu) had been written for him. It left the scene in 1813. Elleviou wrote the booklets of two works represented with the Op3era Comique: Untied and Verdikan and the Flagship .
