François Devoucoux of Buysson , born the August 28th 1973 with Clermont-Ferrand, is an essay writer French.
It is graduate Institut of political studies of Grenoble and Université of Paris-Dauphine. After having been treasurer of the Foundation of March 2nd (ex-Foundation Marc Bloch) and administrator of Republic Generation, it took part in 2003 in the foundation of the Observatoire of the communautarism.

During a hearing before the Commission of the Laws of the National Assembly in September 2004, it in particular underlined the danger of the restrictions brought to freedom of expression by the vote of an anti-homophobie law.
