François Decoster , born in April 1973, is a senior official and politician French.

Studies

Graduate of the Institute of political studies of Paris, OF the of right of export, graduate of political and administrative European studies to the College of Europe to Bruges.

Career

It begins like operations manager for the general studies and the international businesses with the cabinet from François Léotard, president of the UDF (1996-1998), before joining Brussels like parliamentary Assistant of Bernard Lehideux and coordinator of the French delegation of the group European Popular party with the the European Parliament (1998-1999), then as collaborator of Jean-Louis Bourlanges (2000-2001) and academic assistant senior with the College of Europe (2000-2002).

He becomes technical adviser in charge of the relations with the European Parliament with the cabinet of Noëlle Lenoir, minister delegated to the European Businesses (2002-2003), then in charge of studies for the international businesses, the European questions and the defense of the center group Union of the Sénat (2003).

Called by Gilles de Robien, Minister for the Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, he becomes his diplomatic adviser (2003-2005), station which he then keeps at Gilles de Robien when this one is named Minister for State education, Higher education and Research (2005-2007).

Since the end of May 2007, he is diplomatic adviser with the cabinet of Valerie Pécresse, Minister for Higher education and Research.

He is university lecturer with the IEP Paris, Part-time lecturer to the IEP Lille and Professor at the University of the Businesses of Beirut.
