François Bréa (towards 1495 - towards 1562) is a member of a family of painters niçois of 15th and beginning of the 16th centuries.
François Bréa is the son of Antoine Bréa and Louisette, his wife. He had a fore-mentioned sister Jaumone.
He is thus the nephew of Louis Bréa and Pierre Bréa. Specialists in the Retable S religious.
