François Botha is a South-African boxer born in 1968 reconverted into the Kick boxing in K1.

Biography

Born in 1968 in South Africa Newport François Botha has starts very young person with boxer

at 6 years it laces its first gloves. Until 1990, it disputes more than 400 combat amateurs.

It passes pro in 1990 by a victory to the 1st round. From its 3rd combat, it fights

between South Africa and the United States. Between 1990 and 1996, it does not dispute less than 35 engagements.

Thanks to its promottor Don King François Botha succeeds in meeting for the vacant title of the heavy trucks the allemend Axel Schultz. He will become then world champion of the heavy trucks IBF.
