François Besse was born the July 25th 1944. It was famous a Truand French, called " king of the évasion" , " the anguille" and lieutenant of Jacques Mesrine, during a few months. It is famous today for its philosophical vision acquired in prison.
Course
After some flights of no importance, it is shown to prepare a flight in 1971 what will be worth to him seven years of reclusion to the prison of Gradignan (from which it will escape the May 9th 1971).The May 8th 1978, it is the Quartier of high security of Health where it becomes acquainted with another famous prisoner: Jacques Mesrine. After one last year together, they separate: " He wanted to be avenged, I did not want pas" , Besse tells. “Yesterday, Mister the prosecuting attorney, you launched like a hope for me and this hope I cannot accept it for myself. I would like that it is for all those which are on a bad way and which can think that something can change. I would like to be this example.”
Holder of the Baccalaureat which it passed to 53 years, and of a diploma for the occupation of technician of the sound, it prepared in prison a Deug of Philosophie.
