François Avard (Saint-Hyacinthe, June 6th, 1968 -) is a author and Scénariste Québécois. He is the creator of the satirical series Bougon diffused with the Télévision of Radio-Canada.

He is the author of the novel the Spirit of Boot and of the collection of Single news the , initially published in Guerin Éditeur, as well as Dernier Continent , with the editions of Untouchable and For truth , published at Free expression in 2005.

After the publication of three novels and some news or accounts, with the report of the sales figures, he undertakes the writing in the shade of credits ravelling with speed of light, behind his talent of humorist or under a pseudonym.

On behalf of television, he collaborates in the scenarios of several series: Camera coffee , 3X nothing , A.C. and Bob Gratton .

It is one of the authors of the series HULLABALOO for which it received two Gemini in collaboration with the scenario writer Fabienne the Cortes .

He is script-editor of the series During this time, in front of the TV which will be on the waves of Radio-Canada as from Saturday on September 22nd, 2007 with 18:30.
