In addition to many writings on the Slavic countries and sometimes, on vaster subjects (the Business Dreyfus, the Nazism and the Communism), its monumental work Siberia: settlement and country immigration at the XIXe century are to be arranged among the great classics on the Colonisation or the territorial expansion of Europeans.
