François-Xavier Ortoli
François-Xavier Ortoli , (born the February 16th 1925 with Corsica Ajaccio, and dead the November 30th 2007), was a Politician and business man French. He is in particular the author of the report/ratio which launched the first Plan Calculation in 1966.
