François-Bernard Huyghe is a French specialist in information and strategy born in 1951.

Biography

Doctor d' État in political sciences and ability to direct research in information sciences and communication, François-Bernard Huyghe was realizer of television then international civil servant to UNESCO. He is expert associated near the Institut with International relations and Strategic (IRIS); he teaches in particular with the Economic École of War, on the virtual campus of the University of Limoges and at the Institute of the High International studies. He is also consulting. He studies Médias and techniques (material, intellectual, social) of communication and transmission in the optics of the competition and the conflict like diffusion of the beliefs. Its research transdisciplinaires on the strategies of the information (for which it created the neologism " infostratégie") apply in economic Intelligence, in Médiologie, discipline founded by Régis Debray and in Polémologie. In the works which he wrote with his wife Edith Huyghe, it is also interested in the roads of meeting of civilizations. He is the son of the writer Rene Huyghe.
