Framework is an integrated software .
Launched in the years 1980 by the american company Ashton-Touches and functioning at the origin under MS-DOS, Framework included/understood a Word processing, a Tableur, a manager of data and a manager of ideas. Although in Mode text, the software used a semigraphic interface starting from graphic characters.
Framework was victim of the competition of other comparable products, like Symphony (published by Lotus), then Microsoft Works. After the repurchase of Ashton-Touches by Borland, Framework was sold in Selections & Functions, which always markets this software today.
