FRL , for Frame representation language , is a Computer programming language invented by Marvin Minsky.

It is contingent on the structure of data profiting from a called standardized total structure frame , model conceived to represent knowledge and allowing the realization of systems rule-facts closely dependant, according to a principle similar to the expert systems, but also according to the opposite principle (data starting the rules then).
