Fourth district of the Loire-Atlantique

The fourth district of the Loire-Atlantique is delimited by the electoral Découpage of the law n°86-1197 of the November 24th 1986 , it gathers the following administrative divisions:

According to the general Census of the population in 1999, carried out by the National institute of the Statistics and Economic studies (INSEE), the total population of this district is estimated at 103610 habitants^,.

Before the cutting of 1986, the district of “Nantes Southern” was the Third district of the Loire-Atlantique.
