The fourme of Rochefort is a Fromage French of the area Auvergne, produces originally with Rochefort-Mountain (Puy-de-Dôme) and on standby of AOC. It is a cheese containing cow's milk.

Its production is relatively modest, approximately 120 tons produced per annum by 15 farm producers.
