the fourchelang is an imaginary language, mentioned in the saga Harry Potter, work of the British writer J.K. Rowling. It consists of the capacity to communicate with the snakes, by the means of acute whistles, being connected with those of a snake. The first nobody listed in the universe of Harry Potter speaking the fourchelang is Herpo the Insane one.
