The main thing Château of Fouquières is that of the Doresmieulx family. It was high in 1811 per Augustin-Louis Doresmieulx (? - 1822). The body of firm was built by Céligne Enlart de Guémy (1821-1866), wife of Charles-Alexandre Doresmieulx (1807-1888). The castle remained in the Doresmieulx family until the death of the last of the name (Rene-Alexandre (1845-1944)). It échut then with the one of his/her daughters (Valentine (1888-1981), wife of Henry Baudenet d' Annoux (? - 1964).
