The fountain of the Palm tree , or fountain of Châtelet , or fountain of the victory , is a Parisian monument located Place of Châtelet, between the two theaters. This fountain was ordered by Napoleon I {{er}} with Emmanuel Crétet its Minister of Interior Department, to commemorate its victories and also for déliver with Parisian of free drinking water.
