Fountain of Janus
The Fontaine of Janus is a Fontaine located at the north-eastern end of the Place Broglie of the town of Strasbourg.
Facing the national Opera of the Rhine, the Fountain of Janus was created by the Dessinateur and illustrator Tomi Ungerer at the time of the 2000 years of its birthplace in 1988 (Strasbourg was formerly a Roman camp, Argentoratum, which one finds the vestiges of the Rempart S near the fountain).
