Foulques de Neuilly , preacher French, cleaned Neuilly-sur-Marne.
Named cleaned of Neuilly in 1191, it follows the courses of Pierre the Cantor to Paris. It starts to preach and becomes famous for its piety and its eloquence. The pope Innocent III invites it to preach the Fourth crusade in 1199. He discharged this mission with zeal and as well of success than of the murmurs grew concerning the use as he made important money sums than drained his activity. He died soon of his tirednesses in 1201.
