Foulque de Guines is the second wire of Baudouin Ier, count de Guines in Bolted. It was related to the counts de Boulogne. It probably accompanied Eustace III by Boulogne and Robert II of Flanders to the Crusade, and obtained in 1110 of his cousin Baudouin Ier the Seigneurie of Beirut. He died towards 1125.
