Fouad Naïm was born in 1945 with Beirut, with the Lebanon. Realizer of Theater and Television, actor, painter, he is also journalist.

From 1976 to 1987, it directs the Office of the France Presse Agency in Jordan. From 1987 to 1993, he is chief of the Arab service of the AFP. From 1993 to 1997, he is General President-Director of TV-Lebanon, Lebanese Public television. 1998-2001, he is Membre of the Board of directors and Conseiller of the Drafting of Lebanese Newspaper “Al-Mustaqbal”. Since 2002, it directs to France the radio station “Radio the East”.
